Minister congratulates Mrs Sonia Johnson & Biggenden State School
The Minister for Education and Training, Geoff Wilson MP, congratulated the school and Mrs Sonia Johnson for being selected as the Central & North Burnett Times' 2009 My Favourite Teacher winner.
As part of the Year of Creativity students were asked to nominate a teacher who encouraged them to be innovative. Biggenden students nominated Mrs Johnson because
'Mrs Johnson taught me that everyone is different and that I can be or do anything I want in life'.
The school adds their congratulations to the Ministers for not only teaching students in an outstanding manner but for believing in students. Thank you Mrs Johnson.
